1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by 33 Chauffeurs (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

- Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking: To book a chauffeur service, you must provide accurate information, including but not limited to the pick-up and drop-off locations, time, and any special requests.2.2 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
2.3 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [X] hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than [X] hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of [X]%.
- Customer Obligations
3.1 You must ensure that all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.3.2 You agree to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward our chauffeurs and staff during the provision of the service.
3.3 You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or any passenger during the journey. In the event of damage, you agree to compensate us for repair costs.
3.4 You must be ready at the agreed pick-up time. If you fail to do so, we may charge an additional waiting fee or cancel the booking.
- Chauffeur’s Responsibilities
4.1 We will provide a suitable, licensed, and insured vehicle along with a professional chauffeur for the journey.4.2 We aim to arrive at the specified pick-up location on time but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Our chauffeurs are not responsible for assisting with luggage beyond reasonable limits or for any personal items left in the vehicle.
- Liability
5.1 We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to road accidents, weather conditions, or delays due to traffic.5.2 We do not accept responsibility for any valuables lost or damaged during your journey.
- Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.6.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Force Majeure
7.1 We will not be liable for any failure to provide the service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
